The product

The AI Starter Kit is a digital download (approximately a 30-page PDF plus a bonus HTML Script Runtime Checker) sold for $17 USD unless a different price is shown at checkout. Delivery is electronic. No physical goods ship.

License

Purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, share publicly, or claim authorship of the kit materials. All rights remain with Christine Burke von Riddern / WriteCrimeAI.

Browser tools on this site (including the Script Runtime Checker) are provided “as is,” free of charge, for convenience. Estimates (such as runtime) are approximate and not a guarantee of on-air length.

No warranties

The site and materials are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI prompts will produce any particular result, or that third-party AI services will remain available or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WriteCrimeAI and Christine Burke von Riddern are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, tools, or kit—including reliance on AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with a digital purchase is as stated in the checkout provider’s refund policy (if any).

Acceptable use

Do not use this site or materials to harass, defame, or unlawfully target real people; to invent or present false allegations as fact; or to violate any applicable law. True crime storytelling carries ethical duties: verify facts, cite sources, and respect victims and families.

Third-party services

Checkout, hosting, email, and AI platforms are operated by third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their terms. WriteCrimeAI is not responsible for their availability or policies.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
